Wheel and Deal
$5.00
In the 50’s and 60’s, most kids grew up in families with little money to spend on fun. Kids depended on previous generations for play activities that were cheap and only required objects found around the house. Since most kids had bikes, activities such as bike races, bike parades and bike rodeos were common. Races, rodeos and parades were not complete without a deck of playing cards and clothespins. Cards, held on with clothespins, were placed on the spokes and other parts of the wheel. As the wheels turned, the cards made a sound a casino dealer would envy.
